I use fujifilm x series cameras for my work,

For those of you wondering what my kit bag looks like and what kind of gear I'm using for work then you are in the right place. This setup is all of my Fuji Gear for weddings and almost anything else I do, there are links to blogs about individual pieces of gear and a bit of why I've chosen this setup, enjoy.

This kit is what I started using in the middle of my 2018 season, before that I was on XT-2’s The XT-2 setup was awesome and a real step up from the XE-2 setup from a couple of year ago, but I'm finding myself doing more and more video work the XH-1 seemed the right way to go, I'm loving the IBIS and larger grip.

2 XH-1 Bodies* -
Fantastic, fast cameras, duel SD card slots is a must for me now, I'll shoot any event on two 64gb Lexar UHS-ii cards on backup mode and compressed RAW [which gets about 2400 frames]. Flip out screen is incredibly useful, focus is fast. IBIS is just incredible, for both video and low light stills, the grip makes holding the cameras all day much more comfortable and the leaf spring shutter is just a delight. I've moved to only using genuine Fuji batteries [NP-W126S] of which I have 12, this can get me through a wedding day no problem (I’ll normally use 8 batteries on a long wedding day) XH-1 Review

Fuji X100F* -
GREAT camera, and I’m very happy to of come back to this series. I had the original back in the day and had a brief flutter with the X100T, this version is wonderful and my favourite feature is that it uses the same batteries as the XH-1. It’s more of a personal camera than a work one, but if I’m doing photo and video at the same time then this is my photo camera. Fuji X100F Review

7Artisans 12mm 2.8* -
Really nice little manual focus lens, I’ll do a review about this one soon and go more in depth, but it’s a sharp, manual focus lens, and super cheap.

16mm 1.4*
Just a stunning lens, great out of focus backgrounds, wide enough for my needs. Weather sealing is great with the XH-1's and that clutch focus is fantastic. Good for busy receptions, also useful for busy dance floor shots. 16mm 1.4 Review

23mm 1.4* -
A solid all round lens, my go to focal length for most things. I'd be happy to shoot a full day on just this lens. 23mm 1.4 Review

Mitakon 35mm 0.95 -
(Not Pictured) This is a recent addition to my lens line up, and early use shows it’s a stunning lens, lots of photos and a review coming soon!

56mm 1.2* -
When I do need a bit of reach this lens is just great, fantastic in low light, great subject separation, again an all round fantastic lens, sometimes a little slow to focus in low light, but then it's a massive bit of glass. 56mm 1.2 Review

7Artisans 60mm 2.8* -
Another manual focus lens, this time a great macro lens, again really cheap and does the job for when I need macro. I’ll do a review soon and go more in depth.

50-140mm 2.8* -
Great lens, fantastically sharp and a great choice when you need the extra reach, I don’t use it often but when I do it’s a very handy lens to have. 50-140mm 2.8 Review.

Nissin i40 Flash* -
Small flash unit, great for me as I don't use flash much at all, only for dancing. It's nice and quick to cycle and the size/weight fits well with the fuji form factor. It would be nice if it didn't bend in half so it could slide into a pocket a bit easier. - I have since upgraded to the Godox TT350* flashes and I’ll do a new review soon! Nissin i40 Flash Review

Spider Holster*
Slight upgrade from the Black Widow Holster, this one clips to the belt without having to tread it through, and has a lock function so I can get the camera without having to hold the lever down. Great accessory for having two cameras. It's also metal and metal is better than plastic.

Peak Design strap*
[Not in the photo] Strap for my main camera [usually the 23mm] it's super comfy, doesn't cut into my neck and adjusts very quickly. I used to have it in red which was a bit bright for me, as such I’ve changed to grey and got myself the thinner version which is altogether much nicer on the Fuji cameras.

Some sort of bag -
I keep changing my mind with bags. I used to have a Peak Design Sling* which I liked for a while but it wasn’t that comfortable for a long day, I also had a ONA bag*, which was stylish but again not that comfy. I’m currently using a Manfrotto MB* which is more comfortable as it's a backpack, can fit more inside and can store a laptop so it’s great if I need to be backing up on the go.

OTHER BITS -
Other bits include a 13” 2017 Macbook Pro*, great work working on the go or while on a train, plane etc. I’ve also got a all my video gear and audio stuff, if you’d like to find out more you can check out the link below:
