Alana & Rob - A Hereford Wedding at the Westonbury Mill Water Gardens.
Hot damn this was a great wedding.
We stared as the day usually does with [coffee] a bit of bridal prep and getting ready and getting a few shots of the details, soon everyone was ready so myself and the videographer the guys had hired were off to the town hall in Hereford for the ceremony.
As I got there the boys came over from a pre-wedding drink at the pub and the day was soon in full swing. One of the best things about the registry office in Hereford is that the building looks awesome, lots of oak paneling and high ceilings, good stuff.
We then headed out into the Herefordshire countryside to the Westonbury Mill water Gardens for the wedding reception, and what an awesome location it was, the sun was out, the gardens were looking great and everyone was on a mission to have an awesome time.
The evening rolled around with some great speeches and an impromptu group shot of all the lads which resulted in some pretty rowdy shots!
Gear wise this day was shot on 3 X-E2 bodies + 14, 23 & 56mm lenses and the Nissin i40 flash for the evening. The electronic shutter came into use a lot especially during the bridal prep and quiet moments of the ceremony.
I hope you enjoy the shots here, this was an extremely entertaining wedding to shoot and with people who just want the focus to be on having a good time and sharing the love. Just my sort of thing.
Cheers,
Col-
