Ffion and Dan - Homme House Wedding Photography, Herefordshire
Back last year I headed over to the beautiful Homme House in Herefordshire for Ffion and Dan's wedding, it was a bit wet and a bit grey and a lot awesome.
"We absolutely love the photos. We have had so many compliments about how lovely they are. " -Ffion & Dan
The whole day was at Homme so I got started with some coffee-fuelled getting ready shots of the bridal party and groomsmen as the cake and flowers arrived and people started getting the house ready for the wedding.
The best thing about this wedding was, as the title suggests, the chilled out nature of all involved, there was no rushing around or panic, just people enjoying what was a great day, especially Dan who was probably the most relaxed groom ever, which is just as it should be.
The day kicked off with the ceremony then onto drinks and canapés, we did a few family shots in the dry safety of the main hall then moved onto the wedding breakfast before opening up the dance floor to some very unique dance moves.
For this wedding I used my standard kit of; 2 XE-2's and an XM-1 + the 12, 23 and 56mm lenses and the Nissin i40 flash for the dancing.
Cake by Beth Bakes Cakes, Flowers by the Hibiscus Rooms and the DJ was Pete Stead.
This was a cracking wedding to shoot and just my sort of thing, nothing too contrived just friends and family having a great time. Feel free to leave a comment below and do check me out on the links below!
