Katie & Chris / A Lyde Arundel Wedding - Hereford
Lots of people, an awesome barn, super random weather and a barrage of fireworks to top off the night, this wedding at Lyde Arundel was a real treat.
We started the day with bridal prep and getting ready before heading over to the Church, which was just my kind of setup, loads of space and the freedom to do what I wanted, perfect.
We grabbed a few quick family shots at the church before driving out Lyde Arundel where the weather met us with bright sunshine over the lake, everyone was chilled out, enjoying a nice ice cold cider while I was doing my thing of wondering around grabbing shots of people amid dodging an army of wasps.
Before long we headed into the barn, which was decorated with loads of flowers and awesome home made touches, it really is a Pinterest dream so check out the link to see some ideas!
The weather then turned (but we were all inside so it's all good) and a storm quickly came over and drenched everything, but it's all good as just in time for the meal to end the skies cleared and the evening guests arrived.
For me the highlight of the evening was the fireworks, hence the top shot. This day was shot on my current kit of X-E2's, I got the tripod out to do some long exposures of the fireworks which is a bit of trial and error but I was super happy how it turned out.
