Jo & Joe / A Whitney Court Wedding - Hereford

Safe to say I was glad I wore sunscreen.

Whitney Court has one of the best wedding venue views in the county and of their wedding day Joe and Jo and thier guests took full advantage of the incredible weather.

We spent the whole day at Whitney Court, with getting ready in the morning, I spent some good time getting shots of the surroundings, as it's just so beautiful, we were soon getting through the day when the boys arrived, on red Vespa's, awesome.

The service inside Whitney is always a a pleasure to shoot, the setup is great and the light fantastic, soon after we headed out for confetti and drinks outside, safe to say the highlight of this weddig was the great weather, which for me is fantastic as people are always outside enjoying it!

I was thrilled with the speeches at this wedding, each one was solid and had it's own charm, from the sincerity of the grooms speech to the fathers giving of onions and pebbles (more on that here) and the best man regaling stories of life saving half marathons and times in university. 

Soon the night rolled around and it was met with fierce dance moves from all, plenty of drinks, cake, food and traditional Scottish oat cakes served from a great little food truck. 

Start to finish this day was a beautiful chilled out affair and very fun to photograph, I used my usual X-E2 56/23mm combo but also adding the X-M1 for a few shots and the X100 for some outside stuff (having a built in ND filter is just great for bright sunlight).
