Fuji X100 / Woods & Trees

As you may have noticed I've been heading out with my Fuji X100 much more over recent weeks, even after owning it for a couple of years now it is still my go-to camera for a quick trip and a light package.

I headed out with friends once again to a local piece of woodland which I really love, the tall evergreens make this look more like somewhere in America that in the countryside of Herefordshire, what made it even better was the awesome early morning light that came through the trees once we neared the top.

I took a twisty grad filter on the X100 which is a piece of kit which I find really great to use, not always for blanking the horizon but also balancing any strong light, so if you have dark woods to your left and a clearing to your right then pop the grad filter round and you all get a more balanced image.

Hope you enjoy the images thats all form me this week, got some awesome new projects in the works as well as a great looking wedding season which kick off in a few months.

Cheers,

Col-
