Kate & Will | A Hereford wedding at Lyde Court
I photographed Kate and Will's wedding in December 2013, it was one of my last 2 weddings for this year and one which I was massively looking forward to shooting.
The day started off at the incredible Lyde Court in Herefordshire, where Kate and her bridesmaids were getting ready, then moved onto a wonderful service at Belmont Abbey.
The Abbey was a wedding photographer's dream to photograph in, good light, lots of areas to go and a Vicar who was happy for me to do what I wanted and go where I needed, just great.
After the service we had planned to do some of the family shots and the rain held off just as we were ready, once these were done the wedding headed back to Lyde Court for the evenings celebrations.
The barn looked incredible and has such a warm Christmas feel to it, drink and canapés were served followed by the speeches and the wedding breakfast, later on saw the party kick off with an impromptu 12 days of christmas sing along that involved all of the 12 tables, then move onto an evening of dancing and good times.
I can tell from their wedding and family and friends that Kate and Will are destined for an incredible life together, I wish them all the happiness in the world.
